Objective:

AMC were appointed by a major housing association to deliver Contract Administration and Principal Designer services for cyclical maintenance works to a residential block comprising 16 apartments in north-west London. The scope of works included a full external wash-down of cladding, brickwork, and elevations, along with isolated repairs and redecoration to internal communal areas.

 

Outcome:

AMC undertook an initial condition survey with the client to define the scope of works and provided a pre-tender cost estimate to support the client’s Section 20 consultation process. Following this, AMC prepared a comprehensive tender package, managed the tender process, and produced a detailed tender analysis report.

Throughout the contract period, AMC provided full Contract Administration and Principal Designer services through to practical completion and final account stage. The project was successfully delivered on time and under budget.
