Objective:

AMC were instructed by a large housing association client to provide Contract Administration Services for cyclical maintenance works for residential apartments with a saving of £20,000 from the original contract sum achieved.

 

Outcome:

AMC provided contract administration services for cyclical maintenance works to a period property in London. The scope of works included repairs to the timber box sash windows, lime render, brickwork, and flat roof areas. In addition, the project involved full redecoration of the external elevations and communal hallways, ensuring the preservation and enhancement of the building’s historic character.
