Objective:

Identified the extent of the asbestos present externally. Identify options available and a safe means of addressing the current issues present.

 

Outcome:

We safely identified, removed and disposed of the asbestos present to the soffits to the building, as well as replaced the soffit and fascia boards to the main building, replaced the guttering with a sympathetic cast-iron lookalike type guttering and repointed the ridge tiles to the roofs throughout. We additionally undertook sympathetic repair and restoration to the decorative external moulding details.
