Outcome:

AMC were instructed to inspect, measure and prepare a reinstatement cost assessment for our client at this racecourse comprising of several buildings on site with various uses including offices, changing rooms, viewing galleries and leisure facilities.

Using our experience and knowledge of insurers and insurance brokers requirements, we were able to provide our client with both guidance as well as carefully calculated figures from our assessment, which enabled our client to obtain competitive quotations with the reassurance that from our assessment, their building would adequately insured going forward.
