Objective:

To specify, procure and project manage strip- out, and refurbishment works to assist with marketing and letting of the property.

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to establish a Client brief, specify, procure, administer a building works contract and project manage the works to practical completion.

Working closely with our Client we were able to establish the Client Brief and provide work recommendations.

Under a Contract Administration instruction AMC undertook competitive tendering.

AMC administered the contract through to practical completion delivering the project on time and within budget as well increasing the EPC rating to a B.
