Prior to expiry of our Clients lease agreement a significant schedule of dilapidations claim was formally received from the Landlord.

AMC were appointed to inspect, review and despite the difficult position were able to negotiate a reduced financial settlement sum for the initial lease agreement of 98% less than the original claim with agreed maintenance works to be undertaken within an agreed time frame.
