To procure strip out and fit out works to form a new staff meeting room and improved science room facility for the school and complete all works within a 6-week school holiday timeframe.



AMC were appointed as Employers Agent to establish a client brief, procure, administer a building works contract and project manage the works to practical completion.

Working closely with our Client we were able to establish their Brief and Client Requirements and competitively procured the works on a design and build basis and commence works on site.

AMC were appointed as Contract Administrator and were able to complete the works within the timeframe, and to the required standard, specification and to our Clients satisfaction.
