Objective:

To undertake a building condition survey of two large sites comprising multiple buildings of varying ages, sizes, construction and layout on behalf of our client for re-purpose, namely for TV and film sets.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and arranging of access, we were able to; inspect and provide a total of five fully comprehensive survey reports within three weeks of inspection.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client and there advisors, enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe possible, further enabling them to make a better-informed decision to enable mobilisation of necessary further investigations, remedial works ready for alteration and set fit out works.
