Objective:

To prepare a schedule of condition to appended to our clients proposed lease agreement to record the condition of the premises at occupation.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to inspect and prepare a photographic schedule of condition, including detailed text references, to record the condition of the building at commencement of the lease.

The demised premises were proposed to be held on an internal repairing basis, which meant only the internal elements of the building and other areas demised within the lease were inspected.

A comprehensive photographic and text schedule was then prepared which was then agreed with the landlord, ensuring the condition of the demise at commencement was recorded for future and expiry referencing.
