Objective:

To identify tenant lease breaches, procure, undertake dilapidations remedial works to enable earliest re-letting and negotiate a dilapidations claim settlement.

 

Outcome:

AMC provided a full turnkey service for our Client, from preparation of a Landlords dilapidations claim pre-lease expiry, procurement, and management of remedial works, as well as negotiation of a settlement in which a 90% recovery was achieved.
