Objective:

AMC were instructed by the owner of the property to carry out a building condition survey to assist them with budgeting and repairs.

 

Outcome:

Following a successful building survey of the neighbouring property, AMC were recommended to carry out a building condition survey of this grade II listed mixed use property on Winchcombe High Street in Gloucestershire.

AMC identified several issues and provided budget costs to assist our client with prioritising the most urgent works.

AMC were able to issue the full building condition survey report within 3 working days of completing the survey.
