To review architect proposals, historic costings, inspect and establish likely costs associated with such a re-development and new build development.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed to identify and appoint on our clients behalf several locally based consultants including a local architect and obtain detailed proposals for several options and provide cost appraisals for each option.

Both a desktop and site inspection was undertaken
