Objective:

To undertake a Building Condition Survey of a circa 13,000 sq ft office building on behalf of a client who occupies the premises to allow them to understand the condition of their premises and assist with budgeting for planned maintenance.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and arranging of access, we were able to; inspect and provide an Executive Summary Report to our client within 4 working days of inspection with the full detailed survey report issued 3 working days later.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe.

As a result of our report identifying issues in relation to EPC/MEES compliance AMC were instructed to carry out a MEES Assessment and provide a report with recommendations for the necessary improvement works to comply with current and future MEES requirements.
