Objective:

To act as Building Owners surveyor and ensure compliance in accordance with The Party Wall Etc. Act 1996.

 

Outcome:

Proposals were reviewed with extensive searches undertaken to identify all Adjoining Owners. Acting as Building Owners surveyor, suitable notices were prepared and served with statutory timeframes and requirements managed throughout the process.

Appointment acting as Agreed Surveyor were also provided and managed, with photographic schedules of condition prepared ready for party wall award agreement.
