Objective:

To undertake building condition surveys of 7 listed properties in Coventry City Centre on behalf of the Landlord. AMC’s appointment included reviewing all lease documentation to determine the Landlord’s repairing obligations, inspecting all 7 properties and providing Executive Summary Reports including budget costs for all remedial works identified.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and confirmation of access, we were able to; inspect and provide the Executive Summary Report to our client within 3 weeks.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe.
