Objective:

To undertake a building condition survey of this unique site ready for repurpose by our client namely for a TV set.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and arranging of access, we were able to; inspect and provide a fully comprehensive survey report within five days of inspection.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client and there advisors, enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe possible, further enabling them to make a better-informed decision to enable mobilisation of necessary further investigations, remedial works ready for alteration and set fit out works.
