Objective:

Review the formal Schedule of Dilapidations claim made against our client by the Landlord, inspect and negotiate to settlement.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed on behalf of our client (Tenant) to inspect and review a Schedule of Dilapidations claim made against them by the Landlord.

AMC inspected post expiry and were able to negotiate and agree a significantly reduced settlement, achieving a 80% saving for our client.
