Objective:

To undertake a building condition survey of a 631 sq ft retail premises on Stratford upon Avon High Street on behalf of a client acquiring the freehold.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and arranging of access, we were able to; inspect and provide an Executive Summary Report to our client within 5 working days of inspection with the full detailed survey report issued 6 working days later.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe possible, further enabling them to make a better-informed decision prior to progressing the freehold acquisition of the property.
