Objective:

To undertake a building condition survey of a large warehouse with offices including large yard areas and a drone survey of the roof areas.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and arranging of access, we were able to; inspect and provide an Executive Summary Report to our client within 4 days of inspection with the full detailed survey report issued 2 days later.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe possible, further enabling them to make a better-informed decision prior to completing the freehold purchase of the property.
