Objective:

To undertake a landlord building condition survey of an existing purpose-built office building on behalf of our Landlord Client to better understand current condition.

 

Outcome:

A survey was undertaken at this purpose-built high specification office building, with a comprehensive text, photographic and costed report prepared which enabled our client to better understand the condition of their building, consider proposed statutory changes, whilst better understanding what budgeting should be planned for in the short medium and long term to maintain their building.
