Objective:

To undertake a building condition survey and reinstatement cost assessment for insurance purposes of a 4,160 sq ft former Methodist Church in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire on behalf of a client purchasing the freehold.

 

Outcome:

Following our appointment and arranging of access, we were able to; inspect and provide an Executive Summary Report to our client within 5 working days of inspection with the full detailed survey report issued 2 working days later.

With our technical background and expertise in these matters, as well as working closely with our client enabled AMC to provide our client with our technical assessment in the shortest timeframe possible, further enabling them to make a better-informed decision prior to progressing the freehold acquisition of the property.

Following our inspection, AMC were instructed to carry out a reinstatement cost assessment for the property to assist our client in ensuring they took out adequate insurance cover of the property once the freehold purchase had completed.
