Following expiry of our Clients lease agreement and their vacation of the property a significant schedule of dilapidations claim was formally served on our Client.

Landlord works were then undertaken which further increased and strengthened the claim.

AMC were appointed to inspect, review and despite the difficult position were able to negotiate a reduced financial settlement sum of 35% less than the original claim.
