Objective:

To provide options and undertake a cost feasibility assessment in relation to undertaking conversion, refurbishment and improvement works to a former first floor office.

 

Outcome:

Our client understood the importance of adaptation to market demands and wanted to review the option to convert a part unused office to residential accommodation.

AMC prepared proposals from which we were able to provide our comprehensive cost assessment, which enabled our client to instruct AMC to proceed with planning, tendering and implementing the works.
