AMC were appointed to review an existing tenancy which was due for expiry, inspect and prepare a schedule of dilapidations for formal service.
Following expiry of the lease and tenant vacation AMC were then appointed to provide contract administration and dilapidation negotiation services.
Through substantiation of the claimed loss, AMC were able to successfully negotiate and settle this claim achieving a 78% recovery of remedial works costs for our client.
