Objective:

To undertake a pre-acquisition building condition survey undertaken at this former Aldi supermarket on behalf of our client.

 

Outcome:

An extensive survey was undertaken at this purpose-built former supermarket building, with a comprehensive text, photographic and costed report prepared which enabled our client to make a best-informed decision in relation to the condition, whilst considering potential future liability, as well as limitations and opportunities with this potential acquisition.
