Objective:

Following AMC’s Building Condition Survey undertaken for the client last year, AMC were instructed to specify, tender and manage refurbishment works to the roof to address several ongoing leaks as well extend the life expectancy of the roof covering.

Outcome:

AMC successfully managed the works from specification and tendering stage through to Practical Completion with the works completing within budget.

The works included;

· Pressure washing of metal roof covering

· Replacement rooflights

· Cut edge corrosion treatment

· Roof coat system with 25 years guarantee

· Gutter lining system with 15 year guarantee

The works required careful planning, management and engagement with our client and the contractor to undertake the works safely whilst minimising disruption whilst working above the client’s busy commercial operations below.
