Objective:

AMC were instructed by the owner of the property to carry out a building condition survey to assist them with budgeting and securing funding for ongoing maintenance and repairs.

 

Outcome:

AMC were able to inspect the circa 118,000 sq ft facility over two days and prepared a detailed report allowing the client to understand all urgent works required and all planned maintenance works required within the next 10 years.
