Objective:

Review the formal schedule of dilapidations claim made against our client by the Landlord, inspect, review and assess exit strategy.

 

Outcome:

AMC were appointed on behalf of our client (tenant) to inspect and review a schedule of dilapidations claim made against them by the Landlord.

A post lease expiry inspection was undertaken and by using our technical knowledge and expertise we were able to identify extensive grounds for supersession in accordance with Scn 18 of the Landlord and Tenant Act. 1927.

This assessment then enabled our client to we were then able to negotiate a significantly reduced settlement with the Landlord’s surveyor.
