AMC Property appointed to undertake an inspection and prepare a schedule of dilapidation’s on behalf of the Landlord, in anticipation of an imminent tenant leasehold expiry.
A financial settlement was then negotiated with the tenant on behalf of the Landlord, works were specified, tendered and the selected contractor appointed under a JCT Minor Works building contract.
Reinstatement works completed in accordance with the contract and the two commercial units were then returned to a lettable condition.
